1. Information We Collect

When you use Coach AI, we collect:

  • Account information — name, email address, and authentication data provided through Clerk.
  • Player data — player profiles, metrics, training plans, and match data that you enter into the platform.
  • Movement analysis data — images or video frames processed locally on your device for pose detection. We store coaching feedback text and keypoint data, not raw images or video.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns.
  • Subscription data — billing information is processed by Stripe via RevenueCat. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and improve the coaching platform
  • Generate AI-powered training plans and match strategies
  • Process subscription payments
  • Send service-related communications

3. AI Processing

Player data and metrics are sent to our AI service to generate training plans, match strategies, and coaching feedback. This data is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Clerk — authentication services
  • Anthropic — AI processing for training plans and analysis
  • Stripe / RevenueCat — payment processing
  • AWS — cloud infrastructure hosting

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Sensitive credentials are stored in AWS Secrets Manager. All player data is scoped to your authenticated user account.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@veraminds.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Coach AI is intended for coaches and sports professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Player profiles are created by coaches about their athletes, not by the athletes themselves.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@veraminds.com.
